Marie Stopes Zambia ( MSZ ) is part of the MSI reproductive health choices health partnership which operates in 37 countries worldwide. Marie Stopes Zambia is a locally registered non- government organization that has been delivering high quality voluntary sexual and reproductive health service to underserved communities in Zambia since 2008. Since its establishment, the organization has become one country.

Marie Stopes Zambia has been operating as a social enterprise, blending modern marketing techniques with donor income to generate revenue and reinvest it into free outreach services,which help the poorest and most vulnerable rural communities.

The organization currenting operates ten (10) mobile outreach teams targeting clients of all ages in rural communities and one adolescent focused outreach team based in Lusaka that provide contraceptive services by following where the client is and 2 family health centre offering a variety of sexual and reproductive health (SRH) services at a competitive fee.
